Barthco not only issues your bond in accordance with U.S. Customs requirements but also handles any and all changes to your bond, such as address change, name change, change of importer number and the addition or deletion of other trade names you may use when importing. Our company files these changes with U.S. Customs at no additional charge to you.

Also, at no additional charge, our company makes available to our import customers through the Surety, an exclusive "Track It" report. This report provides valuable information needed to monitor the status of your unliquidated entries, increased duty bills and fines, penalties, and forfeitures. The "Track It" report is an excellent risk management tool.

Lastly given the volume of business our company writes through our Surety, we have an excellent relationship with the Surety's claim staff and can assist you with information and advice when facing a Customs Claim.
